Staff was incredibly friendly. The beds were comfy enough - nothing amazing but definitely a nice sleep. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place. You can tell the staff cares a lot about that. We stopped here on a whim on a road trip and booked at the last minute. For the price you will definitely not find anything better and I’m positive that the friendliness of the staff, comfort of the rooms, and cleanliness of the place beat out places twice as expensive. It’s not a 5 star hotel (you can tell the building is old!) but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Check in is easy, the staff is friendly, there is plenty of space around the property for the pup to sniff and potty, and there are food and coffee options within walking distance. It's only a short drive across the highway to downtown. In general, it's a good option for an overnight in Fruita.

The locations had access to a variety of restaurants both in walking distance and driving. The mountain views were great. The staff was friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful when a problem occurred with my door key card problem.

I've stayed in a lot of Super8's around the country, and this was better than most. Solid waffle-maker breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff, even an indoor pool. We weren't biking on this trip but they had a bike repair station and were very bike-friendly.
